Rental Requirements & Documentation

What you need to get started. We make the rental process smooth and straightforward.

Valid Licensing

A valid driver’s license is required for all rentals. For heavy commercial trucks or specific trailer configurations, a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) corresponding to the vehicle class must be presented at the time of rental.

Insurance Verification

To protect your business and our fleet, physical damage and liability insurance coverage is required for all commercial vehicles and heavy equipment before they leave our lot. Our team will quickly verify your certificate of insurance (COI).

Standard Terms

A standard rental agreement must be signed by an authorized representative of your company. A fully refundable security deposit is required at the start of the rental period to cover incidental expenses.

Flexible Rental Terms

We offer highly flexible rental periods tailored to your project’s timeline. You can rent our commercial trucks, trailers, and excavators on a Daily, Weekly, or Monthly basis. Long-term rental discounts are available for extended projects.

Payment Methods: We accept all major commercial credit cards, wire transfers, and approved business check payments.

Equipment Delivery: For your convenience, we offer prompt delivery and pick-up services directly to your job site or yard anywhere within the South Florida area (delivery fees vary by distance and equipment size).

Our standard minimum rental period is one full day (24 hours). However, we specialize in weekly and monthly rentals, which offer the best rates for commercial projects.

Do you deliver the excavators or trailers directly to my job site?

Yes, we provide reliable delivery and pick-up services throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. Let us know your location when requesting a quote, and we will include the delivery logistics in your estimate.

What happens if the equipment experiences a mechanical issue on-site?

All our trucks, trailers, and excavators undergo strict maintenance checks before delivery. In the rare event of a mechanical breakdown, contact our Opa Locka office immediately at +1 (786) 734-3850, and we will dispatch a technician or arrange a replacement.

Can I extend my rental agreement if my project runs over schedule?

Absolutely. We know that project timelines can change. Just give us a call at least 24 hours before your rental is scheduled to end, and we will gladly extend your contract based on fleet availability.

Are fuel and cleaning costs included in the rental price?

Equipment is provided with a full tank of fuel and in clean condition. We ask that it be returned the same way. A refueling or cleaning fee may apply if the equipment requires servicing upon return.
